These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the lg party link platform, available at lgpartylink.app. By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Any winnings accrued on a minor's account are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each individual may hold only one active account on lg party link. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account with any other person. Violations of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and the forfeiture of any account balance, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to lg party link.
5. Payments and Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals on lg party link are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Supported payment channels include GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and local bank transfers via Instapay or PESONet. No currency conversion is applied to player transactions on our side.
Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and may be subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as published within the platform. Processing times vary by channel and account tier; VIP members receive priority processing.
lg party link reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending verification, or a breach of these terms. All transaction records are maintained and may be reviewed for compliance purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lg party link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical errors, disputes with third-party payment providers, or unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
lg party link reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these terms.
- The account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
- Verification documents provided are false, forged, or cannot be authenticated.
- The account holder has requested self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that is confirmed as legitimately earned and is not subject to a pending investigation will be returned to your registered payment method in Philippine Peso, subject to verification requirements.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the lg party link platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks — is the property of lg party link or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission from lg party link. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in account termination and may give rise to legal action.
9. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
lg party link may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users through the platform or by other reasonable means. The updated terms will take effect from the date of publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
